After having looked at the "All possible answers" thing I think they've actually got it right for once, at least about the music.

In the "80's I did have massive hair, never huge on the black though. I consistently wore outfits of black DM shoes, white ankle socks, a vintage "50's skirt from Aflecks Palace, a Smiths T shirt and a denim jacket. For about 6 years.

I wore white ankle socks in the 80s but that's cos they were part of my primary school uniform... *runs*

Hmm, some photos do exist, which is what you get for hanging round with newspaper journalists and photographers. Sadly they are not in my possession.

Afflecks Palace as the one in Manchester? I kind of fell in love with that place while there though it probably must have been a tad bit 'cooler' back then.

Funnily enough, I got the same result though I suppose I've never had the huge hair ... but dressing black? Gloomy!me ahoy!
